Swamp Fox Agency Sales Executive Position

Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for researching, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
The following are duties performed by the Sales Executive. The Sales Executive is to fulfill the duties to the best of their ability and ask for assistance when needed to further their knowledge and capabilities.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meeting with potential clients to discuss their needs and concerns to ultimately win the business.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services as well as the proposal to solicit business.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals.
• Meet projected sales goals.
• Perform servicing work on accounts. Once Production requirements are met a discussion to add an Account Manager will be held.

Tasks:
Each day should consist of certain task to ensure that weekly/monthly deadlines and targets are being met.

• Set number of cold calls initiated and noted in operating system.
• Set number of client calls initiated and noted in operating system.
• Create follow up and activities on each call in the operating system.
• Pursue and follow through on successful cold calls to point of sale.
• Perform service work on accounts.

Professional Development & Education:
Professional Development and Education involves knowledge of the product and regulations. You will be required to participate in the following.

• Attend sponsored webinars.
• Attend in house training sessions.
• Must obtain P&C Producer license within 90 days and up to two test limit.
• Meet CE Requirements.
• Proficient with the operating system.
• Attend monthly producer meetings and participate accordingly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role .
• P&C license.
• Proficient in Microsoft office products.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Knowledge in Commercial and Personal insurance products.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with results-driven approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong Math Skills.
• Customer Service Expectations must be met at all times. Swamp Fox Agency prides themselves in offering excellent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
